Cloud & infrastructure
Cloud, hosting and DevOps for your software
Servers, CI/CD, monitoring: the work that keeps your software running at 3am without anyone getting paged. I set it up and stay available for maintenance.
Who it is for
For businesses whose software is business-critical: when the system goes down, planning, order processing or the customer portal stops. And for businesses that still deploy by hand and want to stop.
A founder launching a first product also benefits from an environment that is set up properly from the start: scalable architecture and automation, rather than a server that has to be fixed later.
Typical bottlenecks
- Deployments happen by hand, and every release is a risk.
- There is no monitoring, so users are the ones who discover outages.
- A server was set up once and never maintained since.
- Test and production environments are not clearly separated.
What I set up
Which tools I use depends on the problem. I also run Trydent's own website and email on a self-managed VPS with its own mail server.
- Containers with Docker, so the software runs the same way everywhere.
- CI/CD pipelines, for example with GitHub Actions, that test and deploy changes.
- Hosting on a Linux VPS, or in the cloud on AWS or Azure.
- Monitoring and server management, so problems become visible.
- Testing for security, performance and reliability before anything goes live.
Approach
I first map your current situation: where the software runs, how it is deployed and what goes wrong. Next comes a design you see before anything is changed. After delivery I stay available for maintenance and changes.
From Boxtel, I work for businesses in Noord-Brabant and the rest of the Netherlands.
Technology
- Docker

Frequently asked questions
- Can Trydent take care of hosting for my software?
- Yes. I set up the server or cloud environment, configure CI/CD and monitoring, and stay available for maintenance after delivery.
- What does CI/CD do for my business?
- With CI/CD, every change to the software is tested and deployed automatically. Less manual work per release means less chance of errors that only show up once the software is live.
- Which is better: AWS, Azure or a VPS of my own?
- That depends on your software, its usage and your requirements. In the design you see which option I propose and why, before anything is set up.
