I started Trydent because I saw how businesses struggle with clunky off-the-shelf software and templates that never quite fit. I build custom software and give technical advice, working directly with the business owner rather than through an agency or account manager.
I have built business-critical planning systems for complex workflows, ERP and back-office systems for industries with unusual processes, and AI automation that handles tens of thousands of data points and interactions. Every project starts from the bottlenecks in your own process.
Who I am: I'm Yvan de Wert, a senior software engineer with a Master's in Applied IT. Over seven years I have shipped 15+ projects, including planning systems and AI integrations. With Trydent I work directly for businesses, with no agency in between.

Production planning: manufacturers in North Brabant with 10 to 50+ staff
Planning lived in Excel or in one person's head, and off-the-shelf packages didn't fit how the shop floor works. I built a planning system that shows, per order, which employee and machine does what, when it will be done and where there is still capacity.
Planners put questions to the schedule in plain language every day.
In use for over 5 years; six companies work with it, each planning more than 2,000 orders a year. Excel is fully replaced, and planning takes an estimated half the time.
AI phone agents: a call centre
I built AI agents that answer the phone themselves: they handle general questions, book appointments and take call-back notes for a staff member.
The agents pick up more than 100 calls every day.
